About Sarah
I have lived in London for 16 years, I created this blog over a decade ago as a place where I could document a wide range of recipes and restaurant & travel reviews.
I have neglected my blog over the years, but having dabbled in the ferocious world of Instagram (and not enjoyed it ‘cos I’m just a bit crap at video editing), I want to get back to what I love most… writing!
I’m going to use this blog to document my favourite places to eat, delish ingredients, fav restaurants and fitness joints – through reviews and lists.
Even though my number one love in life is food & drink, over the last few years I completed three marathons (London twice and New York), and although I don’t think my body will allow me to complete any more, I’m still massively into fitness and plan to share my favourite ways of keeping fit.
