A couple of weeks ago I declared my love for Nakd and Trek bars. The next day an email landed in my inbox from a chap called Peter from a company called The Nutribox asking if I would like to try a Nutribox-mini. The email couldn’t have come at a better time as I had just decided to start a gluten free diet again, following on from the three months last year that I spent gluten free. The Nutribox team are a bunch of foodies and nutritionists based in Sheffield who have set up The Nutribox as an online, healthy snacks business with the mission of making it easier for people to eat more healthily. All snacks included in the box are nutritionally dense, tasty and made from gluten-free ingredients, sourced typically from small artisan producers.
