Trek and Nakd Bars – product review

Every so often I go through a healthy phase where I’m slightly more careful with what I eat. I’m never giving up cake, chocolate or pizza, right? And as well as eating, this phase also involves a couple of trips a week to the gym. But it never lasts long and usually everything comes crashing down after a few weeks. This time, however, I have to admit that I’m not doing too badly. My exercising is averaging out at around four times a week and according to the fancy machines at the gym, I have lost a few % in body fat since I started. Not bad without changing my diet. I know exactly what to eat should be I wanted to become honed and toned like Gwyneth Paltrow. Pain au chocolat’s and full fat coffees certainly shouldn’t be a part of my diet.
